Physicists discover that the structure of a brain cell is the same as the entire universe.
“Oh God, guide me, protect me; make of me a shining lamp and a brilliant star.” — Abdu’l-Bahá
“Foolish philosophers say that the universe automatically came into being by nature. They say that in the beginning there was a chunk, and this cosmic manifestation came out of that chunk of matter. But where did this chunk come from?
“The fact is that there must be a brain, a leader, behind anything organized. We have information of this leader from the Vedas: nityo nityanam cetanas cetananam (Katha Upanisad 2.2.13). The Supreme Lord is eternal, and we are also eternal. But the Supreme Lord is one, and we are many. The Supreme Lord is very great, and we are very small. He is all-pervading and infinite, and we are finite and infinitesimal.”

“So when He said, maya tatam idam sarvam, it is not a false pride. It is fact. Simply we must have brain to understand. Maya tatam idam sarvam. Every particle, every atom, there is presence of God. That is stated in the sastra. Andantara-stha-paramanu-cayantara-stham [Bs. 5.35]. Paramanu means the atom. God is within the atom. So God is within you also. God is outside; God is within.”
Bhagavad-gita 9.4 — Melbourne, April 23, 1976
“Similarly, this body, machine, is complete. And the soul is there, it is working nicely. The body is also a creation, and the universe is also a creation, and the brain which has created these things, He is complete.
“Therefore He has created these complete units. That is the idea. Purnam idam [Iso Invocation]. Purnah means complete. And because He is complete, the Creator, He has no defect; therefore He can create everything complete.”

Ghosh-
I searched your site for 1/2 hour just trying to find the ‘contact us’ link- ended up reading it……………
Check out this link; I think you’ll enjoy it (even if the topic is, well, distasteful).

There isn’t a way I know to make an anonymous contact email in WordPress.com and truthfully I am not all that excited about being completely open to being contacted.
I see your email when you comment (no one else does) so will send you one so you have my addy.
Nice cartoon, I will use it in the future as a blog post, thanks.

Man! As much as I am an enthusiast of Hawking, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Einstein and the like…there they go again taking credit for discovering something that the ancient ones have passed down forever. I especially like the statement that we “automatically came into being by nature”…just that simple huh? Makes me curious to know what the given description is of ‘nature’. Silly human race!

The more science discovers the closer they come to the Vedic view of the Universe.

Couldn’t agree more….my comment was meant to say that modern scientist, much a I admire some of them, tend to take credit for what the scriptures have handed down since…..creation? … And now I realize I’ve just opened the ‘creationism’ can of worms…do I have one life-line call to Darwin for legal advice? :-)

Hi, Bhakta, I honestly believe that you are pushing analogies, and Vedic science too far. Modern physics relies on methodologically researching and inconspicuously presenting the truths related to this universe.
What if the findings of modern physics only corroborate the Vedic picture of the universe and possibly, without any exception. The spirit of science is in certainty, and not ad hoc hypothesis or conjectures. Unless and until, we conclusively convince ourselves of the nature of the universe through proper experimentation, it certainly would not leave me satisfied. And it does not matter if the Vedas believed that the Universe is this many years old or whatever. The point is, they did not prove anything.

Modern physics in sense can also be said of that they haven’t really proved anything.
That is why they call them theories — theory of Relativity String Theory, etc.
What to speak of what CAUSED the Big Bang and where that energy.mass came from.
Whether physics or Vedas, both require faith.
Physics theories change all the time, and come closer to the Vedic view as they are doing so.
I personally believe the physicists will never really understand the Universe, only have increasing more complex theories to try explain what they can perceive with their limited senses.

Decades ago, the Nobel Laureate and patriarch of modern physics Niels Bohr concluded:
“We can admittedly find nothing in physics or chemistry that has even a remote bearing on consciousness. Yet all of us know that there is such a thing as consciousness. Simply because we have it ourselves. Hence consciousness must be part of nature or, more generally, of reality, which means that, quite apart from the laws of physics and chemistry as laid down in quantum theory, we must also consider laws of quite a different kind.”

Not quite enough to make a full blown theist out of me. But quite fascinating none the less.

As long as you are open to the possibility of theism, and not dogmatically excluding the possibility, you are on the right path.
Spirituality is nonempirical but can be experiential nonetheless, as long as one is open minded.

That also looks like something my dog puked up in the yard the other day.
Connection? I think so!

Earth friends are awakening. ☺
Early human could not understand, now it can. You are living in a living cosmos *within* a living universe. The cosmos is not “the” universe: vivid reality is a brain depiction of parts of it. The brain creates it to make sense of its reality, to survive and learn from its experiences. Therefor all of *vivid* creation is from pure unconditional love by nature.
Base reality, the real universe, is an infinite complex fractal, a “crystal”, with an infinite creative potential which allows it to be alive from within. It is formed by mathematical laws that simply cannot *not* exist, not even in a “nothing”. The vivid Now is the experience of this fractal unfolding, its ‘calculation’, while it already exists in its infinite entirety in base reality, where you really are. And so does Life. You are a part of an infinite organism, in base reality: infinite Self.
Base reality is mathematical in origin, but consciousness, intelligence and vivid sensations like light, colors, sound, beauty and so on come from infinity, infinite Self. The universe Self is alive through life, guides life through its own life experiences by providing consciousness, intelligence and the proper vivid sensations, to “eventually” create the best vivid cosmos possible: Heaven. Not some kind of supernatural afterlife but a vast and ancient cosmos where intelligent life lives as one, as all really is one: nature following the laws of nature in pure innocence, in life to the overall benefit of life, while all of vivid creation is from pure unconditional love, guidance from infinite Self: both the source as the result of all life, of all of vivid creation, but not some wizard who created base reality or can change it. It’s the result.
Human could not understand, adapted life to imaginary supernatural creatures and non-existing things in its stories. Human turned hostile to its own nature as believe systems of words and flawed logic took control over the natural human mind, corrupting natural perception, intuition and understanding. Very sad: brains come in many variations and so do brain depictions. Only a human can understand what it is to be a pure natural human in a pure natural human world, without corrupted perception and intuition, and with the proper tools and life experience.
Human had to “grow up” in isolation, for its own protection. Life is not about domesticating other species, yet this was what human was doing to itself, on behalf of imaginary “friends” and non-existing things. Human was told not to create images and worship these, but it could not understand: words are abstract images.
Infinite Self guided human through its “tunnel of darkness” to the modern world of today, in perfect timing, so human would finally understand: all is one. Even in a confused species that went living in other worlds, making other plans, serving lesser “gods”. All life is natural self in the natural Self, and nothing can or will change that. Period.
This is the second awakening to the living universe of natural Self, this time in understanding. Human will join the cosmic collective of natural self when awoken, to live in natural love, joy, abundance and freedom again, as shaped by nature, without judgement, fear or non-existing things.
Time is a vivid sensation in vivid reality, it does not exist as such in base reality where all really is, and that’s why this is “the end of time”. Creation is an ongoing process in the eternal Now, by life, guided by infinite Self. Synchronicity will neutralize hostile word programs and non-existing things. It’s a kind of magic. Merry Christmas. 🌞
One dream, one soul,
One prize, one goal.
One golden glance of what should be.
It’s a kind of magic.
One shaft of light that shows the way.
No mortal man can win this day.
It’s a kind of magic.
The bell that rings inside your mind
Is challenging the doors of time.
It’s a kind of magic.
The waiting seems eternity.
The day will dawn of sanity.
There can be only one.
This rage that lasts a thousand years
Will soon be done.
This flame that burns inside of me.
I’m hearing secret harmonies.
It’s a kind of magic.

// Earth friends are awakening to the fact that all is a common connection, follows a shared common connection, and separation is an illusion. // This all is connection and All is a shared connection, and the One is the All and the All is the One, and all humans on Earth are in this beautiful time. // ☺

Welcome to your life
There’s no turning back
Even while we sleep
We will find you
Acting on your best behavior
Turn your back on mother nature
Everybody wants to rule the world
It’s my own design
It’s my own remorse
Help me to decide
Help me make the most
Of freedom and of pleasure
Nothing ever lasts forever
Everybody wants to rule the world
There’s a room where the light won’t find you
Holding hands while the walls come tumbling down
When they do I’ll be right behind you
So glad we’ve almost made it
So sad they had to fade it
Everybody wants to rule the world
