		<description><![CDATA[The cold has delayed flooding, and the melt is nice and slow right now, but the concern is that if the temperature spikes and it melts fast, especially with rain, then we could have record flooding.  The crest will be the latest ever for springtime here.  

Both Fargo and Grand Forks have already surpassed records for the latest day to hit 50 in the year--it hasn&#039;t happened yet. Yesterday it hit 40 for the first time since Jan. 10!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Our garden is still covered in snow.  Can&#039;t get the bikes out of the shed yet because of a snow drift in front of the door. I have always been accepting of weather, don&#039;t complain about it, and view bad weather as an interesting challenge.  Until now... WHEN&#039;S IT EVER GOING TO WARM UP!!!

Maybe I need an indoor bike challenge like your&#039;s.]]></description>
