Time passes thru its phases,
what is now and what is not
each shown in different ways:
sensations of cold and hot
off season or we play ball
standard or daylight savings
when love is in full measure,
or lost, replaced by cravings
children home or far away
outer peace or bloody war
seven fat cows manifest
followed by seven thin more
when work is preeminent
or on vacation idling…
…anyway, various dichotomies
ad infinitum, ad nauseum
to me, only this matters:
lilacs are blooming
or they’re not

Thanks.
I followed back the link to your site. Your picture is small but by squinting and doing some age regression of the photo in my mind, I am guessing you are the person one time known as Suchitra.
Would that be correct?

Right. Hi Madhava Gosh.

Hi. I have been off the old articles thing for Brijabasi Spirit for a while but I am still remembering to send you some of your old articles.

Loved it. And your Kukai one was great too! (now that I know which one it was).
By the way, I have a love for old cemeteries as well, maybe one day you can show me where that old Crow one is. I’d love to do some rubbings (artwork) there.
Looking forward to your May entry. :)

You are jumping ahead of my as yet unpublished post. You have been talking to your husband. :-)
Some of the stones are so faded that rubbing may be a way to actually read what is now indecipherable.
Yes, let me now when you want to go and we can take a hike back into there. I need to be doing more walking.
